The 2nd Annual Franklinstein Horror Fest will be hosted at Uptown Social, located on Franklin Street, in the Uptown Arts District of Michigan City, Indiana. The October 13th event will feature vendors selling horror themed, Halloween, and Pop Culture items. A local band, social media photo display, specialty food and drinks, costume contest, art contest and much, much more! – The Horror Fest is for Adults Only (18+)
